- Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
KYC Verification
H baji may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is completed.
03 Age & Eligibility Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older to use h baji's services. Participation in betting or gaming services by minors is strictly prohibited.
- Citizens of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use h baji's services.
- It is your own responsibility to be aware of the legal status of online betting in your country or region.

04 Betting Rules & Odds
All bets placed on h baji are accepted and odds are set according to h baji's own methodology. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing any bet.
General Betting Rules
- Bets that have been placed generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless h baji itself cancels them under specific circumstances.
- If an error is found in the odds, h baji reserves the right to void the affected bet. You may be given the opportunity to re-place the bet at the correct odds.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes are generally refunded, though specific conditions may apply.
- Rules for pre-match odds and live odds may differ.
- Bets placed at odds displayed incorrectly due to a system error may be voided.
Maximum Bet Limits
H baji sets maximum bet limits across various sports and markets. These limits may vary depending on a member's tier and transaction history.
05 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
H baji supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — as well as bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Specific conditions must be met in order to qualify for a deposit bonus.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

General Bonus Terms

- A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
- If unusual betting patterns are detected in connection with bonus abuse — such as placing opposing bets on the same team — the bonus may be voided.
07 Responsible Betting Policy
H baji firmly believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction or financial hardship. We are committed to fostering a culture of responsible gaming.
- Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
- A cooling-off period is available, ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
- Once self-exclusion is activated, h baji will immediately restrict betting access on that account.

- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

- Concealing your identity with false information or attempting to deceive the verification process.
10 Account Suspension & Termination
H baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
- Extended period of account inactivity.
- Involvement in prohibited activities.
Members may request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in the account will be refunded prior to closure.
11 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact the h baji customer support team in the first instance. We always strive to resolve issues in a friendly and timely manner.
- An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of a complaint being submitted.
- Complex cases may take up to 30 business days to resolve.
- H baji's decision shall be considered final, unless an external regulatory body rules otherwise.
